I want to upgrade my wifi network to 802.11n, and I would like to get an apple product. An airport extreme would be awesome, but would probably be overkill for me. I think an airport express would be plenty and I could save 80 bucks. I would set it up as n only and use my old router for g for my iPhone and wifi printer as well as Ethernet ports.

The only thing is, do you think they will update the express soon to the full n standard, or just leave it at draft n for a while?

If anything it will most likely just get a software update to the final N standards. The airport express has only been updated 1 time to the N draft in 6 or so years it has been out. (if memory serves right.)
