Airport Express Clarification.

I've searched and there seems to be a few mixed idea's.. and the Apple site doesn't really mention it.

Can the Airport Express work with Airtunes and be an access point (no routing)?

Basically, my setup is Router -> Switch -> LAN (Wired clients and an Access Point). Can I use the ethernet port on the Express, plug it into my switch and use the Express as the access point?

I'm doing that with my Airport Express with no problems.

The AE is connected via CAT5 to my switch and configured like this:
(basically, to use as an AP, you just uncheck everything on the network screen)
