Airport Express Compatible with Belkin N+?

I have a Belkin N+ wireless router right now. I would like to get an airport express so I can stream my music into my living room where my stereo is. Is my current router going to work with this? Or would I need a Airport Extreme as my router. Thanks!

yes it will work, just set the express to join your existing network.

I recommend plugging the express in via ethernet to get it set up, once configured, you can unplug the ethernet.
Also if needed, you can configure it where it's more convenient, and then unplug it from the wall and move it.

the only reason you would need and extreme is if you wanted to extend your network.
