Airport Express confusion

Wonder if you guys can help me with a few AE questions.

I live in a 4 floor house where the routers on the 2nd floor and on the other side of my house to me,

I can use the wifi on my macbook fine but want to set up an AE to use for wirelessly streaming audio too from my macbook

Again this all seems fine, however can I in the same mode on the AE use the ethernet port on the AE to connect a raspberry pi via ethernet?

I currently have my pi on the other side of the house because of its wireless incompatibilities, but it would be better to have it in my room..

Yes, you can if you can let AE join your wireless network. If your wireless routers are not from Apple, you may have problems for AE to join your wireless network.
