Hi guys,
I've just moved house and I've got my airport express plugged in and sending out a network. I've got a mid 2008 20" iMac and a mid 2009 13" MBP, which have never had connection problems before until today. The MBP is fine and is getting a good signal and connection (transmit rate wobbling between 40-70) but the iMac bizarrely is getting almost no connection. It says I've got full signal but transmit rate is just 1. It can't be interference because I've got my MBP next to the iMac right now.
Is it possible the airport card in the iMac is on it's way out? I've tried changing the channel and unplugged my eyetv dongle just in case that might (somehow) be affecting it but to no avail. Any ideas?
