I've been trying to get my Airport Extreme base station to extend a wireless network to my wired computers, and according to Airport Utility everything's green and should be working. However, my Mac's Ethernet doesn't receive an IP address from the router, which really baffles me since my Airport Express with the exact same settings as the Extreme does the job just fine. I even reset both to factory settings and set them up the same way, to no avail.

Is there some fundamental difference between the Extreme and the Express that I'm missing here? I'd really like to move the Express back to my other room. :(

I'm running both on the latest firmware (7.3.2), with a Mac Mini running 10.5.4.
