Airport Express for System Sound?

Help!

I'm a new Airport Express user, and love being able to stream my itunes through it. However, is there a way to stream all system sound (ie, from games, DVDs, movie files, etc) through AirTunes Express? I seem to be able to only stream Itunes.

I have a laptop, and usually work away from the desk, so I'd love to be able to do this.

I believe that AirPort Express was only designed to play from iTunes, and there is no way to play system sounds through it. It would be cool though!
