Airport Express Help

Hello to whoever may help. I am currently stationed in afghanistan I use my Airport express plugged into the DSN cables we luckily just got in our rooms. worked fine for a week or so now it wont connect. when I look at the diagnostics it says everything is green except for the ISP fails internet Fails etc. But when I plug the cable to my computer directly everything is fine and works flawlessly. Any ideas i have reset the thing set up with the same settings that had worked before?
