Airport Express interference

I have been using the airport express for listening to wireless speakers only. It has worked fine until recently, but now I am getting the amber light. We just switched to satellite tv and I was wondering if there is anything I can do to stop the interference I suspect the satellite tv is causing. I am not positive they are related, but I read that the waves could cause interference. Please help!
