Airport Express kicked the bucket?

Last night when the power was switched on the Airport Express didn't along with it.
Instead, the light remained off and despite the fuse being intact (separate fuses were tested, along with its own in another device).

Is it dead?


Just a note of interest; the car broke down today too. What a great turn of events.

EDIT: In the likely case that it has passed on, what should I do to replace it?
Another APX?

It sounds pretty dead. One of mine did a similar thing a little while back. Unless you use AirTunes or the Express to extend a current Apple AirPort-based network, it's probably wiser to go with a cheaper third party alternative.
