Airport Express like devices

I'm looking for an airport express like device to stream the itunes from my G5 desktop in my office to the stereo in my living room.

I've been reading a fews tories about them dieing after a year or so due to some fuse so I'm trying to see what else is out there that I can hook up speakers to and carries a USB port for my remote control.
