Hi guys, could you advise me how to lock down my airport express

I have enabled a guest account, which only gives people access to the internet. We would like this option for our main use. I would also like to hide the main account, which gives people access to our tools.

Would that be possible, or is there a way to restrict the main account and only allow internet access, but not network?

You can't restrict the main account to Internet-only; that's the purpose of the Guest account. However you can go into Wireless Options and "Hide" the main network (so its SSID won't be broadcast), then rename it to something else so it can't be configured manually by a client.
