Airport Express: No Lights

I have an Apple Airport Express. Starting a few days ago we noticed that the light that's normally green is not lit. I unplugged it, waited for a few seconds, then plugged it back in, but no light at all.. not amber or green.

It seems to be working normally, so is this just a situation where the light is "blown"? In other words, is this something I should be trying to solve, or should I leave well-enough alone?

Which model of AE do you have? There should definitely be lights.

I bought it new approx. 2 years ago.

Make sure the plug is securely connected to the AE.

Does the AE itself work and it's just the light, or are you having other problems with it? If it's 2 years old, something inside could have worn out.

If it is otherwise working fine, it sounds like the light is just burned out.

Can you see it okay in Airport Utility?

Yes, it shows up in Airport Utility, with a green light beside it. I never thought to check that, so it would appear to be a confirmation that it's working OK, just that the light's burnt out.
