Airport Express settings for iNetWOL...?

Hey,

I am trying to get InetWOL to work with through the internet, not just the local LAN... i think that i need to set up my airport express router correctly but i have no idea what to do to it through the airport admin utilities...

does anyone have experience setting up an airport express for InetWOL?

I've setup an account at DynDNS.com and have a hostname from them... and I believe I setup the iphone app InetWOL correctly....

i don't know how to do the "need to forward UDP port 9 in your router to whatever pc you want to wake (if you wish to do it over the Internet)" bit...
