Airport Express to Airport Extreme network. Really confusing.

Hi, I use an airport express for my Mac but also have an Airport Extreme lying about (don't know why we don't use that). I have an old PC upstairs that i want to connect to the internet but it is nowhere near a phone line or whatever. i was wondering if my Extreme could receive wireless from the express and share it with the PC through Ethernet like you can do on a Macbook (my sister has a Macbook and i connected the PC by sharing the wifi by Ethernet, but it is not very convenient or practical)
