airport express usb adapter

I just ordered an airport express, can you hook up a usb 4 port extender to hook up other things such as a hard drive?

also, i have a MBP core duo, do i need to have an airport extreme card in order for it to work?

The USB port on the Express is only for printers. Attaching a HDD to it won't do anything. You won't be able to see it on the network.

If you have a MBP, you have an Airport Extreme Card in your notebook already. It came standard.
