I have an Aiport Express connected to my home wireless network with a Netgear DG834G as the router for internet and shared printer access.

There are two computers wirelessly connected to the network; my MacBook and my parent's MacBook Pro. Yesterday, mum was complaining about the music pausing randomly. I didn't know what the problem was, so she reset iTunes and the computer, but it kept on pausing every now and again.

Today it's happening with mine. Sometimes it can go for a dozen songs without pausing, other times it pauses every 5 seconds. I'm not downloading anything, so network traffic doesn't stike me as a problem.

Any thoughts?

Double check the network traffic in Activity Monitor on the machines, or using the AirPort Management Utility which can be found here. Try changing the broadcast channel of the routers too. :)
