I've been using an Airport Express as a wireless router in various configurations (routing the Ethernet port in my dorm room). While it is able to connect to all the devices I own, it is only routing the Internet to the first two that connect. All others have a clear connection and can stream between the other devices, but cannot access the Internet.

Any ideas?

Do devices 3 and 4 get valid IP addresses, i.e. not 169.254.x.x? Unless the school's network admin has specifically told you that the school allows routers to be hooked into their internal network, only two addresses may be allowed to be passed per physical Ethernet port...

Still an issue when set as a router

The problem persists in bridge mode and when it is acting as a router (single IP from the network's perspective, so that wouldn't explain the issue. All devices get assigned IP addresses.
