Airport express working with iogear A/b Printer switch

I have the newest apple airport extreme and it shares a set of printers through an iogear A/B printer switch connected to a desktop and the airport extreme. It says its an auto switch but when i try to print through the exteme the request doesnt go through. the Auto switch comes with a hardware disk i installed on the desktop but i dont know if i have a way to get it on the APE. Do i abandon the auto switch and go to a manual switch or is there another way? Alls im trying to do is get the desktop to print on the same printers as the airport extreme.

You can just plug a USB hub in and have both printers connected at the same time
