Airport Express

I use an Airport Express to do my backups,

My computer is an Imac

Does the Airport Express have all the System, Programs & Data Files? in my computer or does the Airport Express only have the Data Files?

Reason I am asking is that another computer that I have crashed and the only thing that I had backed up which I did not realized were the Data Files, now when I back up this computer I do an image backup which is suppoused to have all the Data & System files

If I need to do a restore on the Imac will this restore have all the System, Programs & Data Files?

Do you mean a Time Capsule instead of AirPort Express (quick comparison)? Because the latter does not make any backups, only the Time Capsule does.
The backup is complete, you can do a whole system restore with that thing, though it is not bootable like a backup to an external HDD done by SuperDuper! or CarbonCopyCloner.
