I got this Airport Express popup tonight when on the internet, it starting getting slow and this popped up? First time seeing this. I selected Allow and its working fine now. Just curious what this was or means. Did a restart to see if it still connected and its running normal now. Glitch? OS X is EL Capitan 10.11.6

* The "" in brackets was my network name at home.
