Airport Extreme 5ghz wont access anything plugged into LAN

If I hop on the 2.4GHZ AP on the Airport I can access anything on the lan ports but I cant access anything on the 5GHZ, although on the 5ghz I do have access to internet and the router itself. Any ideas?
