Hi, I recently was able to hook up a 2TB USB drive to my Airport Extreme following this guide. I then made an application in Automator to have my Mac easily connect to it following this guide.

Now I am hit with a problem. I need to be able to connect to this drive from a PC. And as far as I know, PCs can't do AFP. Can anybody give me some advice on this?

Luckily, AEBS is capable of SMB as well. The easiest solution would be to install AirPort Utility on the PC. It will come with a taskbar program that will allow you to easily connect to your AEBS attached HDD.

Thanks for the advice, I will try that now.

I do have another question, is there any way to connect to the drive without being required to install the Airport Utility under Windows?
