Airport Extreme and Cisco Routers

Can I link an Airport Extreme to an Cisco Router and use the Airport extreme as just switch or Wireless Access Point? IE use the cisco as the DHCP/internet gateway etc.

(Wired not Wireless)

Sure. Just configure it for bridge mode, and simply connect the cisco to one of the 4 switch ports.
