Hello,

I have an Airport Extreme (the gigabit one).

I'm using that router for my adsl for my network.

I have 2 IBM thinkpads 1 macbook pro

The problem I am having is that the macbook pro gets much faster internet speeds than the 2 thinkpads.

I also hooked up a sony vaio and it was the same thing.

The PCs are running XP pro and Vista ultimate. The problems are the same in both.

I don't understand why the MBP gets much better internet (faster pings, fewer dropped packets, less timeouts) than the 2 PCs.

Anyone have any advice?
