Airport Extreme and Port 25 Inbound

I setup port forwarding for port IMAP4 143 (works) and SMTP 25 (doesn't work) for a test mail server. I am able to telnet to public IP to port 143 without any problems but can't connect to port 25 with telnet. I've tested on the LAN that the server is listening which works fine. I verified that the port forwarding is correct on the Airport.

Any ideas?
