Airport Extreme and USB disk in windows7

Hey guys I wonder if somebody could help me. I recently bought an Airport Extreme. I set up the wireless network etc and works great. I then hooked up a 3TB WD mybook. However I cannot see the hard disk on my windows7 PC. When I access airport utility under the disk icon I can see the hard disk details, but at a loss on how to access it. I did some google search and found some instructions that pointed me to Start\Network but I cannot see my airport express there...
What am I doing wrong?
Please help!
