AirPort Extreme and WD ShareSpace

I have a Mac Pro and a MacBook Pro, connected to a network by AirPort Extreme, recently bought a WD ShareSpace 8Tb (formatted in Raid 5), and I know if I can call him in AirPort Extreme, so that, through Time machine, he made backups, my MacPro and my MacBook Pro, and a PC running Windows Vista Ultimate, is it possible?
