Airport Extreme Base station SLOWWWW!

For some odd reason, the MacBooks/iPad/iPhone in the household has fast internet speeds but my Dell/HP laptops are sloww! I've reset the basestation a few times but it's always ends up being the same. Is there a fix/solution for this? It's driving me insane!

What kind of wireless radios are in your Windows laptops? Your Apple equipment is probably all 802.11n, which is generally faster than 802.11a/b/g.

My windows laptops also have 802.11a/b/g built-in. Which is why I do not understand why they would be slower?

What OS are your PCs running?

opps, I'll double check to see what WiFi device they are using. All windows laptops are running Windows7.
