Airport Extreme Base Station

So last month I bought a new Airport Extreme Base Station. I'm past the 14 day return window. What are my chances of returning the current one I have and getting the new one at a retail store?

All depends on the store manager you talk to. Hope for the best! Some people have been lucky and been able to get exchanges or returns outside of the window.
