Mac Pro is having a hard time with my airport card. I have it installed with a proper adapter and cable that pulls power from the bluetooth port.

In macOS (Sonoma + OC), Bluetooth and Wi-Fi work fine. In Windows 11 23H2 (installed under BC with workaround), Wi-Fi works when it wants to and bluetooth doesn't really do anything. Occasionally the device will be 'disabled' in Device Manager and the error code will not always be the same.

Wi-Fi will state that it is working, can connect to the network, but almost always show 'No Internet'. Bluetooth will allow me to pair devices, but then immediately disconnects them and will not let me connect again manually. Finally gave up and ran Ethernet to it; BT is still needed.

Model: BCM94360CD
BT Driver Ver: 6.1.6700.0 (Apple - 10/4/16)
Wi-Fi Driver Ver: 7.77.119.0 (Broadcom - 4/21/20)

What is recommended here?

On a semi-related note, I have been unable to install the BootCamp Utility in Windows...I do not want to run the normal Bootcamp installer because it will attempt to install a bunch of deprecated or incompatible drivers (especially for graphics and networking). Would removing all the drivers from the from the folder and installing (nothing but the utility in theory) work?
Thank you
