Greetings,

I have a PowerBook G4 1.33GHZ with stock memory. It is relatively new (a month old or so).

The problem is with my Airport Extreme card. It was also factory installed. The other day after restarting, it was no longer recognized by the OS. I have restarted several times, tried reseating the card, and tried resetting the PRAM. I have not yet reset the PMU, but I might as a last resort.

Any ideas?

I would go ahead and call AppleCare. They will most likely send you a new one (AE card) and have you ship the defective one back. With a PB this new, I would make sure you get a card that works flawlessly for a longer period of time. If it happens again (after you get a new card) then there is something else wrong and you may have to get your PB looked at.
