Does anyone know if there is such thing as an Airport Extreme replacement? I've been reading about KisMac and it seems that you have to have a certain wireless card to be able to use it. The problem is, all the cards are PCMIA cards and won't work with my iBook G4 1.2Ghz (or will they?). Do these cards plug in to where my normal Airport Extreme card does or is it just not possible to use them? For example, would it be possible to use this card (http://cgi.ebay.com/LUCENT-ORINOCO-...ryZ74954QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) in my iBooK? Thanks a lot!

The iBooks don't have PCMCIA. Your best bet is a USB device, I'd reccommend asking someone who coded KisMac what USB ones will work. The original Airport cards that worked with KisMac are different from the Extreme cards so they won't work with the slot in your iBook if you've thought of doing that.

Thanks a lot! That was causing me a lot of confusion. Now that brings up the inevitable question: what are some good wireless USB adapters that have Prism2 chipsets?

Thanks in advance!
