I want to connect my iMac, PS3 and XBox360 to an existing wireless network, but I'm only allowed to have one MAC address allocated to me.

Am I right in assuming that I can buy an Airport extreme, plug the three systems into the LAN ports and use the Airport to connect to the current network, using that MAC address ??

Yes, Airport Extreme has LAN ports.

Why are you only allowed one MAC address?

I did mean MAC address ;)

The basic network we have here uses MAC address filtering and WPA2 as security. I know I can get round the MAC address issue with the iMac, but not with the PS3 or XBox. I don't intend to use them online much, but the Airport seemed the best way to get all three online, without having to speak to the admin guy and get the MAC code changed.
