Airport extreme connection help

I just purchased a new apple airport extreme and trying to hook it up to my pc computer. Yes I know its a PC but buying an apple in a few months.

Anyway I have windows 7 and anytime I try to download the airport utility for for windows I get a download error. and I cannot get it to work?

I am not the smartest with computers but I do know a little, can anyone help me set up the router for a windows 7 machine?

Are you getting it from Apple at this page?

Does the Airport Extreme still come with a CD with Airport Utility on it? I know they used to.
