Hi,
I have just moved house, and having a nightmare trying to sort out my internet connection (finally got connected after 3 weeks). Due to a new ISP provider I have had to change some equipment - mainly to a BT home hub.
Basically in room 1 we have a BT Home Hub distributing a wireless signal (iMac connects fine). Next to my iMac I have an Airport Extreme which I was using as my wireless router with printer (ethernet) and hard disk attached to share against 4 other computers.
What I am having trouble with is getting the Airport Extreme to 'connect' to the BT home hub wireless. Every time I try to extend the network it says this network can not be extended.
Is there another way around this, without cables (as the rooms are too far apart and I can not drill holes)
The setup is
5 x computers (all wireless)
1 x Ethernet printer
1 x Airport Extreme
1 x Airport Express
1 x BT Home Hub (v2.0)
Any help would be great
Thanks
