I have a very annoying problem with what appears to be a bug in the AirPort Extreme when using AirDisk. I keep my iTunes library on my AirDisk, and quite frequently, when ripping CDs in Apple Lossless format, my AirPort will crash, i.e. I will lose network connectivity (both wired and wireless) and the only remedy is to power cycle the AirPort Extreme. I have this issue not only when ripping CDs, but even when performing large network copies in the Finder. So it seems to be something to do with moving very large files between my laptop and the AirDisk. My Airport is running the latest software (now 7.4.2), and this is in fact the second AirPort Extreme I've had, as I got the local Genius Bar to swap in a new one for me a few months ago because of this issue. However, the new one crashes just as easily, so I'm now pretty sure that this must be a bug in the AirPort firmware.

I'm wondering how I can escalate this issue to Apple, in the hopes that they might someday notice is and maybe even fix it?
