I'm pretty stumped on what's wrong with my setup. I've gone through the past threads and haven't found a solution.

My wireless clients that are all within a few feet of one another:

Mac-mini (Early 2009) 802.11a/b/g/draft-n card
XBOX 360 Slim 802.11b/g/n
iPhone 4 802.11b/g/n
and an Acer Aspire that normally isn't used too much anymore but for the sake of listing my clients: 802.11b/g

I have the Airport Extreme set to 2.4 GHz (N-only but I've tried mixed-mode as well) and the security set to WPA2 Personal. The multicast rate was set to 24Mbps for N-only and 11Mbps for mixed mode.

My issue here is the rate and I think it may be affecting the streaming between my Mac mini and the xbox 360.

When I just have the mini connected wirelessly the rate displayed is 130.
The rate for the 360 connecting after that is 65.
The iPhone's rate, connecting after the first 2 devices, is also 65.

I have seen screenshots from previous threads where the rates are 200+, sometimes 300+. I'm trying to determine why my media studders when streaming via connect360. It does however load media almost instantly. Now I'm wondering if I should invest in some ethernet cables.
