Airport extreme & express in bridge mode... PC problems

Hi,
I have recently extended my Airport Extreme, by adding an AExpress. My IMac, both IPhones (3G & 4) and Macbook all connect and use the network without a problem. My Compaq with Windows Vista is the one that cannot connect. It finds the network, but either says there is communication problems and doesn't connect, or it says that it is connected, but there is not a connection.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I tried running the extreme and express without a password, and that didn't work either.

Thanks to anybody that looked. I searched on the forum and found that RoadRunner modems don't process the airports changes. So I did a TWC modem reset and the PC is now connected. Still have to do a "repair network connection" every now and then, but seems to be stable.
