Airport Extreme for external hard drives

Hello, I'm looking to buy an Airport Extreme to access my external hard drive wirelessly.

Searching online, I've found 3 possibilities.

1. MC340LL/A (Released Oct. 2009), $100, refurbished, third party seller.

2. MC340LL/A (Released Oct. 2009), $129, refurbished, sold by Apple.

3. MD031LL/A (Released Jun. 2011), $175, new, Apple.

It's only for a small dorm room, so I won't really need super performance, as long as it serves my purpose.
Will both 2009 model and 2011 model let me access my external hard drive and printer wirelessly?

Also, when it comes to buying a refurbished product, is there an advantage to buying it from Apple at $29+ the cost of third party?

I've rather pay the 29 extra to insure it's up to working order and that it comes with a 1 yr warranty.
