Airport Extreme - FTP port forwarding does not work

Has anyone faced problem with FTP post forwarding on latest Airport Extreme? FTP connections from WAN (despite of passive, active, to standard port or custom) does not go through local network.

Surprisingly, port forwarding of HTTP, SSH works.

Airport Extreme 2013, firmware 7.7.1
