Airport Extreme HD issue

I have a APE with a WD 250GB HD attached. I am having an issue when i am trying to copy larger files (video) from the networked HD to my MBP. Midway in the copy i will receive an window that the connection has been interrupted from the HD to my MBP and can not finish the copy? any help would be great
