Airport Extreme limit the kb download per mac

hi there, I have a MacPro with airport extreme, I have 1mb of internet, the problem is, when my sister start your imac! and use internet, my internet download sucks!! so I need limit the conexcion for her... I need that if I use and the imac of my sister are shut down... get all the conection for me, and if she start her imac... put 512mb for me and 512 for her... the half... is that possible?
