Airport Extreme network - remove devices

Hi there

Is there a way to remove devices from my airport extreme~?
Basically my neighbours have joined it and it slsowing down my internet

If i change the password will they be disconnected?

Or is there another way?

You can use MAC address filtering. But it is a bit easy to bypass, but you can give it a try. Use the Access Control tab in Airport Utility.
