Airport Extreme or a Linksys Wireless N Router

I want good reception on my computer which is 2 levels below my router...is the Airport Extreme going to out perform a Linksys wireless N router so much that it is worth the extra 100 dollars?

I have no need for airtunes or what not, just good internet speed.

I suggest looking at Belkin. They run about $70 or less nowadays.

Do you plan to connect a printer? If so, AExt is the best bet.

go for the airport, Linksys sucks imo.

but is the signal going to be so much stronger that the 100 dollar increase is worthy?

I have the money but dont want to spend it if its not worthy.
