Airport Extreme | PC online, but can't see it from osx

I just changed from a Belkin router to an airport extreme, i have my macbook pro online, and i also have a PC hooked up via ethernet that is online and seeing the network hard drive hooked up to base station...

I have installed airport utility on both mac and pc, but i only see my external hard drive on the network and can't see my pc. My pc sees the network drive as well...

What am i doing wrong? with my belkin the pc would automatically show up in my "Shared" list...

this has to be something minor and dumb cause my pc sees my virtual hd on my mbp parallels...

im on, i just dont "see" the pc...
