My Mac is part of a wireless network with PCs served by a Netgear router. I have an Airport Extreme card installed; modle # A1026. Since day one there have been frequent net interuptions sometimes lasting for hours even though the Airport graph in the menu bar shows an incoming signal. Netgear provided a patch for their device to correct a bug but it did not work. I am wondering if the card might be bad-though Apple claims no complaints for it-or perhaps another manufacturers router might be more Mac compatible. Then again there is Panther to consider here since after installing it Safari came to a Seconal crawl and there are too many apps quiting. So I am totally flumoxed. I get more ideas from postings here and on other forum sites than I get from Apple. So what do you think?
