Airport extreme PS3 NAT type 3 problem
I have a PS3, iMac and Airport extreme base station. I am with BE broadband and they sent me a speedtouch router/modem, I, of course want to use my airport and so I have connected the airport to the speedtouch with an ethernet cable and turned the airport on, then used airport utility to make a new connection. I have successfully created the connection and have been able to use it on my PS3, iMac and iPhone successfully. The problem is that when I do an internet connection test on my PS3, it says that UPnP is unavailable and NAT type is 3. This is a major problem because I am gaming online about 8-12 hours a day(sad, i know) and i cant join chats or games with more than 2 people in them, how can I get NAT type 2 again?, when I was just using the speedtouch's connection, I had NAT type 2 so I think the problem is that the airport extreme is denying my PS3 proper access to the connection. How can I fix my problem, It would be greatly appreciated, Thanks in advance, crizmo
