Airport Extreme Ready G5

So I've recently come into a dual 2.0 G5 which is one of the earlier 2004 models, so it is Airport Ready.

The issue i'm having is that T MCX antenna that is required on these things.

Has anyone ever found an alternative antenna other than the 'official' apple one and used it successfully?
