Just bought a airport extreme, and i can not figure out how to setup a password so i can use the wireless in my house without the neighbors piggybacking my connection.. How do i set that up?

The Airport uses the "Airport Utility" program to change its settings. The program can be found in your Applications folder > Utilities folder. When you open it up, you can select your Airport from the list, and proceed with setting it up from there.
During the setup process, it will request that you create a name and password for the network.
